Josh has extensive experience in finance and development in the seniors housing industry and is certified as an Assisted Living Manager. Prior to forming McFarlin, Josh spent two years working in senior living finance and development with Greystone Communities, Inc. Josh’s primary responsibilities at Greystone included assisting with business and development planning, strategic planning and financial advisory services for not-for-profit senior living providers. Prior to Greystone, Josh worked at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company, and was focused in real estate investment management. Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
